any advice for losing weight?

i have a 3 rules. healthy foods, exercise, and sleep.

i used to be anorexic, and these helped me recover a healthy body.

by doing these 3 things you will lose weight. starving yourself (like i did) or throwing food up will only cause ones body to gain weight.
